โAfter many years of attending this well appointed hotel finally i got an upgrade. The hotel is well situated for walks along Shakespeare's smug Trent. The Burton Bridge Brewery is over the road. Town centre a short walk. Parking more than adequate. I think if you can put up with the road noise of a weekend its one of the best hotels in town. Parking my confuse some as the hotel is on an island. Check during winter for flooding which can close the old bridge. Popular during the towns annual...
โWe stayed here last night and had a brilliant experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome โ a special mention to Holly, who was absolutely fantastic and made such a difference to our stay. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and really comfortable. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with a great mix of character and comfort. Weโll definitely be coming back โ highly recommended!โ
โExcellent bar downstairs which was very clean and looked very attractive. Room itself was quirky and large. Had everything needed , warm , comfortable although only thing I didnโt care for was the pillows. A little too hard for me but everybody is different
We didnโt eat in hotel as we were meeting with friends but looked very nice . โ
โVery pleasantly surprised by the Ibis Budget.
Very clean, very well maintained and great facilities.
With booking a โbudgetโ hotel, we were unsure on what to expect but it was an overall great stay!โ
โAccomodating they offered us a free upgrade due to a problem with our original room. Good breakfast, friendly staff, great location next to railway station โ
โRoom was clean and basic with good shower in the bathroom. Relatively small room with dated decor and could do with a refresh. functional and adequate if you just need a bed for the night. Adjoining pub is nice inside with outside terrace and local beer brewed onsight. Quick taxi or 15 minute walk from the centre of Ashby De La Zouch. Really nice engaging staffโ
