"the hotel was clean, and well positioned close to amenities with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. There was enough parking for all guests. This hotel was the better one in the area having colleagues in others close by. I will certainly return"

"Basic but clean and comfortable, decent value for the price. Each apartment is 2-bed so kitchen and bathroom are only shared with one other guest room. Was upgraded from single to a double for no extra charge. The people upstairs were up all night but that could happen anywhere."

"Was easy to find and a convenient location to access the centre of Middlesbrough, including the football stadium if you are there for a game. Room was good value for money - only comment is it had a small kitchen area but no wardrobe to hang up clothes..,not the biggest issue as it was only an overnight stay. Very helpful that there is parking behind the hotel that you can pay for at reception - a very reasonable fixed price for 24 hours. "

"The flat was very clean, spacious, quiet, good location for what we needed. Only one comment the beds were a bit too soft and low for adults (twin room) Might also be worth mentioning the flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift. These aren't negative points, just advisories. It is a lovely flat. "
