“Brilliant!! Stayed for a concert in Tottenham and was just thinking that it would be a "it'll have to do" hotel room but was very happy with the room/hotel - they even had cereals and soft drinks in room which was much appreciated!! Thankyou ,,will hopefully stay again when back in area xx”
“Its a home that rents rooms (boutique style inn, essentially). I enjoy walking so the area was good for me. Uber is available and public transportation isnt far”
“Near tube station only walking 5min and lots of option to go by bus as well.
The staff is so helpful and kind that i never met in London before.
Hotel is new and quite good condition of course.
Parking is not free that cost 15 pound per 24 hour. ”
“Great value, great service, lovely rooms, although no in room phones which is not ideal for room service. stayed here several times, love it, the Resturant and breakfasts are lovely and staff are always happy to help ”
“Fantastic little spot. Surprisingly quiet considering it's over a pub. Never heard any of the noise from the pub and stayed over on a Friday night as well. My room was tucked up and away on the opposite side of the building from the main pub dining area. Breakfast was absolutely lovely as was the breakfast room. (Didn't hurt that it was sunny every day that I was there.) ”
“For me this room did the job. Parking outside which was great for us as we came from Birmingham. We stayed in room 109 and the only negative about that room is there is no window so the heat and no natural air made things slightly uncomfortable however lovely host gave us a fan the next morning when we asked so my adive would be if you'rte staying in the summer bring a fan or ask for one to make things more comfortable. Other then that was easy to get to, cleaning staff in the morning friendly....

"The best part was the location—literally a 3-minute walk from the station, which was super convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, even at night, with pubs and a gas station nearby.
The staff were all really nice, and they did a great job cleaning whenever I asked. The building itself is a bit older, so if you're looking for a brand-new hotels, this might not be it. But it honestly wasn't a big deal, and I'd totally consider staying here again!"

Breakfast was awesome, and we could choose different menus.
Location was convenient with bus stop in one minute only.

"I had a wonderful family trip in London. When I made a reservation, I was a little bit worried about the location. But that worry was meaningless. I haven't had any inconvenience while staying in London. The room was clean, breakfast was great, every hotel staff was kind. I will consider visiting this place again when I come to London again.
