“Amazing hotel & apartment in Cotswold area. We stayed at an apartment and it was really convenient and comfortable. Suits for both short term stay and long term stays as there're dish washer, washing machine, even liquid soap! But sofa bed was too soft and not firm enough to sleep. Breakfast was good also.”

The location was fantastic, everywhere we wanted to visit in the Cotswolds was within around 30 minutes, which made it the perfect base for exploring. “Breakfast buffet is quite limited but adequate. Toast, jam, assorted fruits, sausage, bacon, eggs, beans and hash browns. Scrambled eggs would have been better. Room was quite large but old. Peeling paint on the baseboard, old granny wallpaper and a bathroom from 1980. The toilet won't flush without a lot of extra effort. Air conditioner would have been appreciated. “The property had helpful staff, and our room was large and clean,we expected breakfast but were told the earliest we could have breakfast was 9.00am not anything earlier. We wanted to be away by 8.30 .so this wa# not ideal. The whole place needed a good clean especially on the bar.”

“Stayed here 1 night for a day 2 wedding function. The room was spotlessly clean with tea and coffee facilities. We used the barn and outside areas for the function, with the kitchen serving pizza which was delicious. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and also for breakfast all of which was good.
