"I very much enjoyed my stay at Lucerna. It is clean, affordable, staff is super hospitable! The breakfast at the restaurant in not included but it's a discounted rate and it is DELICIOUS, we also had wings and fries from there which were also great. Drinks at the bar are made to order, fresh! The breakfast included in your stay is on the 6th floor, it is limited but it also very delicious and serves is good. They also have a happy hour on the 6th floor which is very enjoyable ! The pool area and pool could be a little cleaner but it was also nice. They also provide transport to consulate appointments. Ivan is a staff member and he was awesome, he was a serve at HH, bellhop, driver all the things! The server in the evening time I forgot his name but he was also ver accommodating! Very safe, stores are walking distance, secure parking available if needed."
