Very clean Hotel

Hotel is very convenient connected to a nice retail store with restaurant, pharmacy, clothing, cigars, DVDs, duty free perfume, gift shop. Shopping mall is across the street. Be careful when crossing street. Cars dont respect people crossing street. I found out the hard way

Great hotel

I like where the hotel is located in the city. It's near some hospitals and there are lots of restaurants nearby. There's also a mall and a Walmart nearby. I like to walk so it's pretty walkable. There is also a bus line near the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and they offer a breakfast buffet for $150 pesos. I ate there one morning. They had pancakes, eggs, fruits, yogurt, chilaquiles rojo y Verde, and potatoes (extremely spicy). They had coffee, milk, and orange juice to drink. There is an indoor pool. I didn't get to use it but I saw others swimming in it. The room was spacious. I got a room with a king sized bed. It was comfortable.

El hotel, creo que tiene como política que tu salida es a la 13:00hras, pero; a las 11:45 hrs desconecto la señal del televisor no puedes ver la tv mientras recoges tu equipaje, desconecta el wifi, te corta la luz del habitación no puedes cargar tu teléfono, el baño queda completa mente oscuro. Solo te deja una luz que esta pasando la puerta al entrar, desprograma la tarjeta de la habitación y del elevador, en mi check out,, todos los demás huéspedes era la misma platica que tenían de lo que les acabo de platicar. Por eso creo que es la política del hotel. recepcionistas amables, no hay botones tuve que subir todas mis maletas. El desayuno bueno , huevos al gusto, fruta, chilaquiles, 3 guisos. ¿ volvería? talvez si, ya que en general es un hotel regular a bueno; no excelente, para saber si modifican talvez esta política
