โDaniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!โ
โThe Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. โThis was a magnificent find! Very small and quaint, with exceptional service. It is off the beaten path, and about 15 minute walk from crowded, bustling Bellagio. Much of the hike is uphill and on stairs, so beware of carrying luggage. Taxis are hard to find, and our host was kind enough to drive us to an early ferry upon departure (for a fee). Definitely recommend a room with a balcony. We didnโt include breakfast, but added a couple during our stay. Lovely to have in the garden, but...
