So this is a B&B, but we loved it. The location was very convenient in the middle of everything. The staff and owner were very friendly, so much so they felt like long lost friends. Breakfast was superb and had an emphasis on Italian offering key foods that would represent the country. While the rooms aren’t five star quality they were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our time there and would revisit this place.

Amazing!!

This was one of the best experiences we could have asked for while staying prior to our cruise. Georgiana was an amazing hostess! She accommodated our early arrival and made a wonderful breakfast the next morning! The location was very convenient to restaurants, views, a grocery store. The room was cozy, clean and had amazing views! We will definitely be staying here next time we travel to Civitavecchia!

The most beautiful views from the wrap around balcony. This intimate 3 room B&B located on the 12th floor offers magnificent views of the land & the sea. The facility is very secure & the service provide was amazing. The breakfast was over the top!

I am not sure where to even start to give the recognition and gratitude and praises this property deserves. Georgiana met my husband and I at the car service drop off out front giving the driver suggestions on where to park to allow easy access to bring our luggage up. We were then given a tour of the sitting area and private room, bathroom and balcony. Her warmth, kindness and care for ensuring we had the very best experience shone through each moment. Georgiana during our two nights gave us tips on the area, dining and exploring. She wanted to ensure everything was perfect. The day we left was my husbands birthday and she immediately pivoted and blessed him with a toast, and took pictures of everything. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely book here again. No detail was ever missed!!!

We stayed overnight before a cruise and it was a great experience. Georgianna is the ultimate hostess. She took care of all of our needs, including an uber to the port. Breakfast was fantastic and Georgianna filled us in on Italian culture and educated us on what to expect on our cruise. We thought it was just going to be a stop in preparation for our cruise but it was one of the best experiences we had! Great location from the train station and restaurants as well. The views were spectacular!

Pre cruise accommodation close to terminal

External location felt run down. Greeted by Angelina who was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and took time to show us around the B and B and facilities. Great views of the sea and surrounding areas including the cruise terminal which was about a ten minute drive from the B and B. Continental breakfast wasnt for us not to our taste for example no cereals offered.

Breathtaking view. Excellent service.

Absolutely breathtaking view. The rooms are very nice and open up to private, secure balcony. Georgiana was wonderful. Very good breakfast. The location is very easy in and out to train station. This would be an amazing home base to visit much of Italy with day train trips. Absolutely stunning. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Italia!

Great Find

B&B Seataly was a very pleasurable stay. The room was clean and the view from the 12th story was stunning. Georgina, the hostess/manager was so hospitable and provided a breakfast that was absolutely wonderful. She was very detail oriented and had lots of suggestions for a better Italian experience.

A fantastic place to stay

It was an amazing place to stay. The service was excellent Georgiana went above and beyond to do everything for our stay it was a 5star experience. Clean and had everything we needed. The property has the most amazing views of the ocean and the port where the ships dock.
