"Beachfront Hotel in Houghton Lake is a very nice and clean hotel right on the south shore of the lake. Everything was great. Loved the coffee in the lobby, offered all day, but breakfast is really only carbs. We only looked one day so it may change. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very large room with mini-fridge and microwave. Not alot of storage for 3 people. Beautiful pool and courtyard. The restaurant was closed during our stay but there were lots of alternatives nearby. Highly recommend Lucky's restaurant nearby."

"We were in cabin #6, which is right on Clear Lake. Gorgeous view through the large windows, or on the patio. The cabin was perfect for our overnight stay, travelling through Michigan. Comfortable bed, couch, dining table, and having a small kitchen was great. The only downside was the tinny taste of the water, so I would suggest bringing bottled water to drink. We would definitely stay here again."
