The hotel was out of business when we arrived at 9pm to check in. No warning or advance notice was given. We had to scramble and find another place to stay. Not pleased!!!

Zero of Hotel !!!!
There was no stay there because the hotel was closed when we arrived . They didn't bother informing anyone about their closure. No text, no email nothing at all...very unprofessional of them. I will never book again with them!!!

The hotel was closed since Nov 8th and no prior notice provided. How can Expedia work with a company like that?

Not perfect but OK
Check in had not given me a ground floor room, the gentleman that was at the desk, was able to make the change. I’m 84, and several steps, is never a good fit for me. Because of all the rain, I had no electricity thru the night Friday and Saturday morning, and also no hot water.

We got a over night room and when we got there there at2 am because our flight got delayed it was raining when we get to our room there was a big explo3outside and the power went down there was bo way to get a hold of staff or anything until we checked out at 10am and that when the power came back up . Shawna at the front desk was wonderful from the beginning to the end. However, the room and surrounded property was unacceptable and we chose not to stay. We requested a refund based on lack of all around cleanliness and it was granted without a problem.

The lady at check in told us that they was completely booked and i should not have been able to book a room and was very rude to me. The lobby and the room smelled horrible. When we woke up the next morning there was little bugs on the table in the room.

Mildewed smell
The room was not worth $95.00 They have families living in the hotel. The weekend was met with children in the pool till all hours of the night and marijuana smoking below my room. I will never book there again. My job leaves on the road for a lot of time and I will never book there again.

Do not stay here
Service was as bad as it gets. The rooms are very over rated on the web site. I would never recommend this location to anyone. And BTW the free breakfast is horrible.

This property limited the air conditioning to 72 degrees at the coldest. If the property had been maintained at all since the 1970s that would have been tolerable…… since it has NOT, we had to buy a fan to make it livable. Mold was growing down the walls inside and out. Even asking for more towels to cover the sticky floors wasn’t possible because they ran out!! Walking to the pool, we could see into other rooms that had been torn apart… looked like a scene from cops where they searched and tore it apart. The only kind words, and the reason we didn’t throw a fit, was the sweet staff that was over worked and probably underpaid. Outside of them….. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS PLACE TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! Disgusting doesn’t sum it up.

I'll never stay here again.
No clock, no phone, so no wake up call. Shower extremely hot, ex fan noisy, light fixture not closed. Homeless people solicited all of us at breakfast with Jesus pamphlets, later stayed for breakfast. People stayed out late to drink and smoke in front of my door 216.

Muy poco profesional… trataron de abrir mi puerta alrededor de la 1am aún cuando tenía el aviso de no interrumpir. La puerta no abrió porque tenía puesto el seguro de cadena. Cuando observé era un empleado del lugar. Llamé a la recepción y me informaron que no sabían que la habitación estaba ocupada. About what you'd expect for $80 a night...
This property is in need of an update... a serious update. While the staff was nice and helpful, and the facilities clean (for the most part) the hotel is dated (from the late 1960's). Fortunately, it was cheap and we were only staying one night, but the shower was lukewarm at best and the sink tap only came out hot... the chain lock on the door was busted... the TV was the size of a computer monitor... the room had a heavy musty but fragranced smell... the bed was comfortable and there was a mini-frigde.

The front desk staff was polite and accommodating...but the hotel its self needed a lot of work. I checked out 3 hours after i got there and he made sure i got a full refund.

Would not stay again
The staff was pleasant. The overall appearance of the hotel was subpar, it needed painting and cleaning. The room smelled terrible, enough for us to go and purchase Lysol to try and help with the smell.

Dirty rundown rooms
The hotel was run down out dated. the hotel had residency rooms . Which I was never informed of when booked room . Other wise I would of never made the booking . This is a very tired property. Dire need of maintenance and upgrade. Bathroom door had peeling laminate. Chipped tub, furniture , smoke detector gone with wires hanging from ceiling. Better exterior lighting needed. Pool not open due to repairs. Disappointing breakfast offerings.

The property is in serious need of a remodel. Our fridge in our room did not work, the air vents were dirty and so was the molding around the bath tub. Someone had pooped in the pool (on a Friday) and Saturday is the earliest they could have someone clean it up. On the plus side the lady who checked me in/out was super nice!

Clean & Comfortable
This is a basic hotel that is clean and comfortable. Service is good and it still offers a free continental breakfast. A good stop-over.

Not convenient to any restaurants or stores. Not very family friendly. Peeling paint and bugs on the floor.

The property needs an upgrade. My room was nice enough but not very clean the vents were very dusty and i found a dead water bug by my window curtain. I was only staying for two nights so i guess i got what i payed for it was the cheapest when i was booking.

Hair Dryer n refrigerator did not work. No housekeeping unless asked for and whole 1st floor was closed and I’ll-kept. Room was musky if not moldy
