“Great value for money in a nice location. The staff were very nice in particular the owner and the room was comfortable and fine. The full English breakfast was served very quickly and was lovely. This is a thriving pub and a true find.”

“Just ten mins walk to town centre, few minute walk to north sea seaside, location is lovely. The room is clean, the bed is comfy, the shower has high water pressure which is good for after walking all day. The only one thing is kettle doesn't clean, some water left there when I check-in.”

“Hicimos noche de camino a Edimburgo. La habitación era espaciosa, cómoda y limpia. El alojamiento era una casa antigua pero reformada y con encanto. El personal muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo. No teníamos adaptador de corriente y nos prestaron uno. La comida era buena y tenian una bonita terraza para tomar cerveza”

“출장 시 이용했는데 일층에 펍이 있어 영국 마을 술집분위기를 느낄 수 있어 좋았습니다. 식사도 맛있었고, 다만 방에서 인터넷 연결이 잘 안되었던 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 정문에 가까운 방은 그래도 연결이 잘 되니 이용하실 때 참조하세요.”

“Whitby 의 west cliff 가는 길에 있어요.역에서는 빠른 걸음으로 15분 정도. 윗비 수도원이나 이런 쪽과는 반대편인데 오히려 한적하고 넘 좋았어요. 처음엔 건물이 작아서 놀랐는데 가족이 운영하는.. 우리나라로 치면 민박? 같은 곳이었어요. 전 객실이 바다 전망이라서 일단 너무 좋았구요. 특히 밤에 파도소리 들으면서 자는게 최고였습니다. 객실은 10개 정도 되는 것 같았는데 제가 묵은 방은 싱글룸이었구요. 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 조식 메뉴도 여섯 가지인가? 중에 고를 수 있게 되어있는데 잉글리시 브랙퍼스트 맛있었구요! 단점을 쓰자면 방음이 안된다는 거. 혼자 방 쓰는데 옆방 소리 들려서 깜짝깜짝 놀라곤 했습니다. 그리고 엘리베이터가 없어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 꼭대기 층이 3층인가 그런데 트렁크 들고 가려면 꽤나 고생할듯. 그래도 다음에 whitby 가게 되면 꼭! 다시 묵고 싶은 곳임다^^ ”

The accommodations were spotlessly clean, and the location couldn't be better, perfectly situated for exploring the historic Abbey, fascinating museums, and charming pubs. The breakfast was a real highlight, delicious! We will wholeheartedly recommend this guest house and are certainly planning our return trip.”
