โWe were very impressed with our stay at The Heartwood. The lobby, rooms, and "Snug" areas were comfortable and classy, the people at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful, and the location to restaurants and the beautiful Vassar campus was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.โ
โComfortable bed. Easy to get to tourist attractions from this location. The only thing we didn't like was that the toilet was too close to the shower and made it difficult to maneuver.โ
โMy friends and I rented this property for a long girls weekend to attend an event in the area. We liked the historical aspect of the property and Gary was an excellent host. His banana bread was amazing! We would definitely stay again. โ
โThis is an old Hampton Inn that has been
renovated, but itโs very sterile and
โVanillaโ! There isnโt one picture in the
room so it has an institutional feel. The bed faces the window but the TV is on a side
wall so I had to crank my head sideways to
see it. These Hampton Inns can be a mixed bag.
No apples or cookies here. The fitness room
didnโt have water. The help is very nice.

โFirst stay at this location. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and everything (lights, TV, ac, etc.) worked with no issues. Staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.โ
โThe Roosevelt Inn is centrally located in Hyde Park. Close to shopping, restaurants and historical sites. Hiking too!!! The Inn was clean and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend the Inn for a stay!โ
