Great location.

Great location. Beach was great, swimming pool was well maintained. The rest of the condo was dated but in ok condition. Master Bed was uncomfortable and squeaky.

I liked the location, close to restaurants , the pier and Publix grocery store. It was great for us as we did not rent a car. What I didn’t like is that the building on the outside was older, the parking lot was taped around, building was not the best. I didn’t sleep the best because I felt people could see inside the bedroom as the blinds had a gap on the side (room was on the first floor).

Nicely decorated, clean, good beach location, nice pool. Everything was good except for the bedding,aster bedroom was good but both 2 out of 3 the beds were lumpy, sloped, and sinking, tough to get a good nights sleep, highly recommend replacing both mattresses, in spite of all the good amenities, you need to sleep when it’s time to sleep.

La propiedad tiene una excelente ubicación. las condiciones de la habitación están dentro de lo normal. los utensilios están en muy buenas condiciones. la limpieza es aceptable. Lo único que no me pareció bien, es el horario de la piscina, debería habilitarse para usarse mas temprano y cerrar un poco mas tarde.

Das Appartement war wirklich toll ausgestattet und wie online abgebildet und beschrieben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und konnten die tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, die super Lage direkt am Strand und am Pier von cocoa beach und den tollen Pool genießen . Die Unterkunft hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben und noch mehr! Unsere Kinder haben sich über die tolle Spielesammlung gefreut. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Betten und Kissen hätten etwas bequemer sein können. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

We spent 5 nights here for a trip to the Kennedy space center. The apartment was clean and as the pictures. A great place to stay for a family. The beach which is just through a gate from the property was beautiful. You could see rocket launches from there. I would really recommend staying here if this is an area you want to explore. We would definitely book again. The property mangers were excellent in keeping in contact and following up.
