โThis hotel was a highlight of our trip and easily our favourite in Sri Lanka. The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were gorgeous and comfortable, and the location couldnโt be better- right on the beach and just a short walk to Coconut Tree Hill, Parrot Rock, and plenty of dining options. We were so impressed by the ocean-view rooms that we upgraded on the spot, and it made our stay even more special. Weโre already looking forward to our next visitโ

โStaff/owners are lovely and so helpful. Parked our tuktuk at the bottom of the short path (2mins to the hotel from tuktuk) Wifi great. We upgraded during our stay as we was originally in a double room with no AC. It was far too small and hot. So we then paid to move upstairs. The room had AC and was bigger for our cases. Area is fine. Food and beach nerby. โ
โThe staff was amazing the chef made some of the best food I have ever tasted!! He was very sweet and very involved in all aspects of the villas. The curry was out of this world as well as the pasta 10 out of 10 all around. The room was large and beautiful, you felt like you had the place to yourself very highly recommend!!!โ
โThe apartment is well situated. Just a short walk to Mirissa Beach. The owner is very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Nice quality for reasonable pricing. Breakfast was good. โ

โWe booked this property last minute and quite late at night due to a change of plans. The owner was very quick to get a room sorted for us, despite it being so late. The room was clean, comfortable, and the property was very peaceful. A lovely family-run guest house that provides a relaxing stay. โ

โWe had amazing stay at Ubuntu. From manager to housekeeping all staffs were helpful. This place puts customer service above all. Shout out to Vishaw, Indika and kitchen staff for going above and beyond.
Besides great staff, hotel is located at quaint beach where you can spot turtles at night. They even had baby turtle releasing event in the evening.
Overall I highly recommend this boutique hotel. We had great experience. โ
โLovely hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Located a few minutes from the beach and lots of lovely restaurants.
Rooms are a great size. Only negative was a very noisy peacock living close by, but we had ear plugs so it didn't disrupt our stay.
Great breakfast with lots to choose from. โ
