Lobby was up to date. Took about 15 mins to be noticed by staff to check in. There is a $75 deposit per room that we were not aware of plus fees to use pool and towels etc that we were aware of. Rooms were outdated. The heater in our room kept switching off and upon inspection the outlet it was plugged into was broken and in my opinion dangerous.the chain lock onnthe door was bent so it kept popping off. There was mildew in the bathrooms and what looked to be a bad paint job over top of it.our bathroom heat light switch was broken. The mirror closet in our 2nd room had a Crack in it so we were scared to move it. The internet did not work whatsoever in either room. Our room phone also did not work and it was a walk to the front desk. Day 2 our key cards wouldnt work to even enter the building let alone our rooms. Staff however did seem friendly. We did not visit the bar/restaurant due to the cost we spent overall on 2 rooms plus deposits. Pool was nice and warm hot tub was hot but again a pretty long walk from our rooms to get to it. (I am disabled) we were in building B and the pool was in the main building and bottom floor. Will update if we can once our deposit is returned
