“My first time staying at the Omni Richmond Hotel and visiting Richmond and I loved it! The hotel is so clean, luxurious and the staff is so nice, helpful and welcoming! “Excellent customer service! Provided service with a smile! Will return to the Hyatt Select Richmond!”
