"Clean room, helpful staff, useful amenities. 2 complimentary drinks from the bar per adult per day. Pool was in great shape. Excellent location just a 5-minute walk from the Tennessee Aquarium. The rooftop breakfast was incredible. I’d say one of the better complimentary hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had."
"I had a great stay Alexis at the front desk was very courteous however I left an important item in the room. I didn’t realize it until I made it back home. I called the hotel for hours the same day and about eight hours later Aaron at the front desk answer my call. He’s extremely rude. He had no empathy about me leaving my item and just stated to call back the next day very unprofessional. I will be reporting him."

"Staff were fantastic, rooms were super clean and the drinks and live music were fantastic. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel this one is it."
"The PERFECT stay!!! Upgraded to a car the first night and then regular Chalet room. 3 night total and it was worth every dollar!!! Hotel staff was beyond incredible and we will miss them. Walking the area to restaurants & shopping was so easy and FUN. Where there to celebrate husbands 60th birthday and it did not disappoint! Ambiance of hotel was very unique and clean. Hope to be back soon. What a great beautiful place. Slept like a babyyy and won’t need to eat for another week. TY 💯💯💯"
"Loved this property. Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, convenient, etc. wish all properties were like this. Only comment is to put more hooks or towel bars in the bathroom."
"The staff member at check-in during the morning hours was very nice. He was thorough, professional and helpful. However, we weren't told about the restaurant coupon options, and one of the restaurants we are at for lunch was on the list. I hate we missed out on that opportunity. When my in-laws checked in later in the day they were told about the coupons by the afternoon check-in person. She wasn't as nice as her co-worker and made the check-in process more complicated than it needed to be, but at least she told them about the coupon options. The hotel was clean, there were many breakfast options, and the coffee was wonderful to have available all day. The water that was out all day was definitely sink water, and not good at all. We couldn't beat the location for what we came to Chattanooga for, and the price was very good. The parking lot wasn't very big. I got the last parking spot and was barely able to get my daughter out of her car seat since that parking spot was next to a shipping container. I am not sure where we would have parked if that one spot wasn't available... Overall, we would definitely stay again!"
"Stayed twice in a week on a roadtrip. Staff is super helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and the menu at their in house restaurant is noticeably inexpensive. Will certainly stay again next time I’m in Chattanooga."
"The room was very nice &clean - negatives was a constant beeping sound-don’t know if it was a low battery or what, water pressure in the shower too low for my liking and they put us in a room that was farthest away from elevators- we are senior citizens so that was a little annoying."
