“Awesome old, historic Inn. No TVs in the room and spotty WIFI did not detract from the wonderful staff, delicious breakfast and overall good vibes. An incredible value for a peaceful nights sleep, beautiful setting and delicious coffee and breakfast.”

“Wonderful creekside experience.”

“The view from this property is incredibly beautiful. It sits right over the lake. Early morning there was fog on the water, and the changing colors of the trees make it very special. However, the rooms are very dated, and our AC was a bit rattley. Crazy TV control we needed assistance with. Other public places within were nice.”

“Wonderful stay! Yummy breakfast and comfortable beds!”

“Got checked in early. Beautiful view. Check in was wonderful.”

“A very pleasant place to stay in this class of hotel, and for the price! The owner is very congenial and obviously takes pride in maintaining the property. You do get a bit of freeway noise, given the location, but it is very convenient and the view out across the valley is spectacular. This was my second stay on a motorcycle trip, and I would stay again if I’m in the area.”

“Breakfast was disappointing. A muffin and some French toast with sweet sauce. Property was great. Beautiful place and rooms were very nice”

“We love staying in the yurts in Maggie Valley. They are always clean and private. This time we did get to see a family of elk.”

“The front desk clerk was very helpful at check in. I'm a female solo traveler and without asking him he put me in an area where there were cameras available. It was very reassuring and made me feel safe and seen.”

“It's not soundproof at all”

“What an exceptional stay! Easy check in and check out, well stocked with coffee tea toiletries. Extremely clean and well kept! Well done all around!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear Inn. Check-in was a breeze, our stay was not expensive and the best part was it is pet friendly so we were able to take our fur babies with us. The room smelled clean when we walked in and nobody bothered us the entire time we were there! We definitely recommend staying here to anyone who plans to visit Maggie Valley. We plan to stay there any time we travel to the area.”
