"We arrived, went to our room and noticed that the door was a jar prepped open by a cleaning bucket and rag. It made me nervous to walk in, but I did anyway to make sure there was nobody in the room waiting for us when we came in. Room appeared decent, but have a lingering marijuana smell that was overpowering. He got into bed to go to bed and sleep for the night since it was late my husband turned on the TV and it didn’t work. It was too late to ask somebody to fix it. I went to use the bathroom and the sink was dirty and also ran so slow that water gathered and didn’t drain for an hour. The toilet had trouble flushing. Tried to forget about that so we slept on the bed that you rolled off of. It was angled oddly. When we woke up in the morning to get ready to leave, we realized there was no shower curtain. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask for a new curtain and we had to put it on ourselves. The hall smelled of marijuana too. "

"Rooms dirty, no soap, toilet seat loose, room phone dead, Elevator not working. We had a room on the 3rd floor. I have stayed there over 20 times and the quality has declined every visit. This was our last stay"

"None of the arcade machines work. The breakfast was ok. The pool was awesome! Nice and warm! Price was great. "

"Room was disgusting, had what looked like dried food an semen on bedding. No towels in room. Front office refused a refund after arguing about the cleanliness of room. Took an hour to get bedding changed after arguing with them. Would not recommend."

"Older building but with visible renovations. Very quiet with friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. I didn’t consume any breakfast here as it was a continental breakfast and I prefer a fuller meal. Breakfast area/lobby also tidy. I always stay here when I’m in Hillsdale and will continue to do so."

"First of all the room was freshly renovated and very clean and the clerk who checked us in was very nice. Food was the usual fare and again alll was clean and hot. However the online description of the hotel did not reflect what was the overall condition of the hotel. Driving into the parking lot it looked like an abandoned property. You are directed to the side of the hotel for checking in where was a side door and a table. The price was good for the quality of the room. I think they should have closed the hotel until it was renovated. "

"Room had a jacuzzi tub but didnt advise us at check in that it didnt work. Shower was almost unusable being clogged and what little water we had the water was shooting all the wrong ways. Was also some random hairs laying around. I will not return. I paid $160 for what was worth maybe half that."
