“Room was clean but management could be better. They left only one staff to manage the hotel. So she was obviously overwhelmed. My bathroom did not have shower curtain and I was asked to install it myself, which I declined due to my bad shoulder and simply because that’s not what I came here for. She eventually helped me out. They need to manage the place better with more staffing so one person isn’t forced to play every role.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The bath towels were visibly dirty, with large stains on them, and the second towel was in even worse condition. The bed sheets were no longer white but gray from age and repeated use, and the comforters had numerous cigarette burn holes, even though the room was designated as non-smoking. The bathroom sink was dirty, and the faucet was covered with grime...
