This is the second time within 2 weeks of using your booking service that i received a room but not the room i booked and paid for I was told again that since i used a third party booking service that i was not priority and that i would only receive a room but not the one that i paid extra for i am a frequent traveler and i use booking services but i will no longer use your service to book my stays i was giving the opportunity to earn my business but to no avail this is a complete failure.

I just wanted to thank the staff for being so friendly and helpful on such a busy graduation weekend. We had three rooms booked and they made it possible for us to check in early for at least one of the rooms before the time of the graduation ceremony. The hotel was very clean.
