"We loved everything except when we pulled out the sofa bed from the couch, the mattress had a very big stain on it. But I told the front desk and I'm sure they'll take care of it because they were all excellent even very late after returning from a concert. Great hotel. "

The shuttle driver in the morning was TERRIFIC!! Note: there was a small hole in the wall of my room which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. "
