I think it is a great place to stay. It has some minor cosmetic issues, but clean and in a quiet (not counting highway noise) location that has a lot of greenery. It feels like a small town a safe place to stay. The staff is friendly. Also, had the best price, hands down.

A good stay in Fairview heights

Room was affordable. Had a few cosmetic issues here and there, such as some baited grout in the bathroom floor tiling, but it was very clean. Staff at the front desk was a young man and he was friendly. Pretty good stay so far.
