Great location, hidden entrance.

Very hard to find as it was off of a square behind the buildings. The location was great, close to restaurants and markets. The room was nice, staff was helpful.

The family quad room had 3 separate sleeping areas and a/c. It was close to everything. The room was clean and modern. It had a hot pot, tea, insta coffee, mugs, wine glasses, and a mini fridge.

Wonderful stay

Very clean and comfortable hotel with updated modern interior. Great service from the front desk. Perfect location, with many restaurants and bars near the Rhein and a short walk to the cathedral and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The perfect hideaway

A wonderful little hotel centrally located with all the sights and shops close-by. You're only a 10 minute walk from the cathedral and 5 minutes to the river.

First of all, I should open an extra title for the employee named Eda. She was the most valuable accommodation staff of the 7-day trip. She solved all my problems immediately and was very cheerful. I thank her very much. The location is very good, you can visit almost the entire city of Cologne if you walk 2 km. It is a very good hotel for those who come without a vehicle.

Nice Hotel

It was a bit confusing for us to find because you have to walk into a square but the hotel was lovely and very convenient. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping nearby and the Christmas market was just around the corner. The parking wasn’t far but you do have to roll your luggage thru cobblestone streets which was a challenge in the rain. Other than that, would definitely stay again.

It is nice that the room has 5 beds which our kids can have each own bed. All amenities work properly. Great location that we can walk to the Cologne Cathedral. Mark and Mai both receptionists are helpful and friendly. It would be nice if the breakfast was included.

Ich war für 4 Nächte im CityClass Hotel am Heumarkt in Köln. Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich sehr zentral – die Umgebung ist top, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (Restaurants, Bars, Sehenswürdigkeiten). Dafür gibt es von mir volle 5 Sterne. Der Zustand und die Einrichtung der Unterkunft haben mir gut gefallen (4 Sterne). Die Zimmer sind ordentlich ausgestattet und insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Bei der Sauberkeit und der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sehe ich allerdings noch Verbesserungsbedarf – beides war eher durchschnittlich (jeweils 3 Sterne). Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt okay, daher vergebe ich 3 von 5 Sternen.
