Expensive and no cleaning

The hotel and rooms are ok but heavily overpriced. €220 per night without cleaning the room is really bad. The restaurant is the best part of the hotel with friendly service too.

Fabulous stay at this hotel, the receptionist was really helpful and friendly when we checked in and made sure to add personal touch of letting my boys see the football pitch. Nothing was a problem, great time and great value. Would have been great to know the parking charges before we went as we expected parking as part of the just staying at the hotel.

Excellent Stay

Excellent stay at this stylish and friendly hotel. All rooms are directly over the bar and reception area but the superb sound proof doors mean no noise disturbs you in the room. Rooms were well equipped and in reasonable condition, in need of a little updating in places. Bathroom was excellent. Suggestions - €25 per person for breakfast too pricey. We had a deluxe room and were surprised to find no tea making facilities.

Fantastic

On a 2 week long road trip through Europe staying at a number of different hotels, this was by far the best hotel experience we received! It was a problem with our booking, but the man at the front desk sorted it out an gave us a major upgrade. The following morning the Lady at the front desk was super nice and gave us free parking on top of the room upgrade. There might be nicer hotels, but the combination of service and facility is a major winner in my book.

Fabulous hotel

Lovely hotel, the lobby was incredibly spacious and being attached to the Leverkusen Football ground was full of memorabilia making it a great place to stay for any football fan. The room and bathroom were modern and spacious also with lots of plug sockets. It was a shame that we couldn’t see the pitch clearly but did go to the top floor and look through the executive boxes windows. Parking was expensive and there was a Macdonald’s right opposite.

There was a loud banging noise during my first night. I switched the air conditioning off for my second night and there was no loins banging noise in my room (326) or in my colleagues (325) so that may need checking. Aside from that it was a good stay.
