“I had trouble with the internet thexwhole time. It's cut off and on everytime you leave so it just wasn't connecting for periods. There was mold on the ceiling and seemed to get worst for the 30 day stay. The staff was great. Especially Juaguin at front desk. Also didn't get one hot shower or kitchen sink. Overall its a great hotel just needs some more care. No patio furniture in this unit 36h.”

“The views were spectacular. The room was as described. It had utensils pans everything needed to cook. Location was great. Many good restaurants nearby. Security was good and pretty helpful especially the guy from Barranquilla. Overall if traveling solo it's great. I would stay again for sure. I wish they had a TV in bedroom is my only complaint.”

“The company show you one apartment and then give you another one I pay for a apartment with one bed and one sofa bed and no sofa bed in the room the apartment It was not the same as what was offered Be careful not to get scammed, as happened to me: the owner told me the apartment had been modified—it was being rented out at a higher price, but without the sofa bed.”

“Rooms were clean, looks just like the photos, cleaned every day. Staff was lovely, especially the ones at the restaurant! Lovely lovely experience with them! Breakfast every morning was spectacular. Did not get a chance to try the pool but it looked beautiful! 9/10 I must mention the matcha and the view from the gym, immaculate!”

“We stayed for one night as a family of five. Unfortunately, the room had a very strong smell of fresh paint, which the gentleman at reception did mention. However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests.”

They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. “Had issue with the maintenance of the property, there were several issues. Toilet leak, ants and mold on the wall in the living room. Overall the response from the property manager was slow to respond and not apologetic, we had to move to a hotel halfway through our stay. They lost our second room reservation we had made for a family member, but it turned out to be a blessing. It is a beautiful building, with amazing views and great decor, but this property needs to be better maintained in order...

“There are properties with similar names so be mindful because taxi still took us to the wrong place despite us being specific about where we were going. The property had everything included in the pictures however, it was a bit aged e.g. couldnt sit in one of the chairs as the base wasnt supported, also could use a deep clean and polish of furniture. The wifi was horrible - it only worked in the living room area if at all and wasnt a good connection. Also dont think the pool location was...

“I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect. The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It’s a must stay!”
