"We loved AWOL Kennebunkport! My wife and I visited town on our honeymoon, and AWOL was the perfect place to stay. It was a super quick, maybe 3 minute walk right into the heart of town, but also felt private and quaint at the same time. The host/employees were super nice and gave us some great local recommendations to make sure each of our days were filled with plenty to do. The breakfast that was served was super tasty too! AWOL is a perfect option for anyone who wants a clean, comfy, and convenient place to stay when visiting Kennebunkport."

"My family of 5 stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms, we had a wonderful stay, just 2 things we would like to mention which are easy fixes. First there was a pair of socks in the closet floor, likely from the previous occupants, which we got rid of ourselves. The rest of the room was excellent. Second was the toilet flush handle came out of the tank, it still worked & the front desk was notified upon check out."

The room a bit small but we were only there for one night. The breakfast was surprisingly well appointed with fresh fruit & danishes. Unfortunately the town of Kennebunkport was a mess with construction. Traffic was ridiculous, stand still traffic. The girl at the hotel gave us a back way to into town."

"My sisters and I stayed here on our annual sisters’ trip. It could not have been better! We enjoyed the lovely grounds, historic rooms, home made breakfasts, and bikes. It was perfectly located with easy walkability to town (but not in the thick of it), bike-able to the beach, and wonderfully quiet. The staff was the perfect level of attentive. Honestly I can’t think of anything that could have been improved! Highly recommend booking your stay here."
