"My sisters and I stayed here on our annual sisters’ trip. It could not have been better! We enjoyed the lovely grounds, historic rooms, home made breakfasts, and bikes. It was perfectly located with easy walkability to town (but not in the thick of it), bike-able to the beach, and wonderfully quiet. The staff was the perfect level of attentive. Honestly I can’t think of anything that could have been improved! Highly recommend booking your stay here."

"My husband and I spent a recent weekend at the Kennebunkport Motor Lodge. It was wonderful. We were in Unit 2 and it was perfect. The room was spotless, looked newly renovated, and smelled very clean. The staff couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. Our favorite amenities were the breakfast and free beach parking pass, which we took full advantage of. I can't wait to come back!"

"The Beach House Inn is a very nice property in a terrific location. We chose a lower priced room, so looked out onto the parking lot. Overall, our stay was great and we really enjoyed it. There were only two detractors and they're here for information; not to prevent anyone from choosing this property. It's an older building and the walls are quite thin. We were privy to the conversation of our next door neighbors (and they were just speaking to each other in a normal tone; not being loud). Also, although our bathroom had great water pressure and toiletries (love these), there was zero counter space. So the only place to put my clothes while I showered, my makeup, and my curling iron was the closed toilet seat. I know there's nothing they can do about the size of the bathrooms in these smaller rooms -- but no counter space is really inconvenient when trying to get ready for the day -- at least for me."

"Beautiful country inn overlooking sea. Breakfast was excellent as was service. The only thing missing was tea! No tea bags provided in rooms (but lots of coffee) and wasn’t able to find a cup of tea late afternoon when I looked for it."
