“Staff took us to our room only to make us move again after we settled in because she took us to the wrong room, but would not admit her mistake and lied to us instead. Found large bug on our bed crawling. Found more bugs on the ceiling and mosquito flying around in the room and a large beetle on the floor. Lamb burger for dinner meat was undercooked. Told receptionist about everything and they said and did nothing. ”

“We loved Hotel Tropico! The individual cottages were cute and comfortable with amazing views. The on site restaurant was good and we were able to reserve breakfast, which was very convenient. Hotel Tropico is close to everything and all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly. I would recommend and would definitely stay again. ”

“Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Nationalparks. Die Strecke dort hin ist eine Schotterpiste mit Schlaglöchern von ca 3 km. Es liegt ruhig und schön. Die Mountainsuite ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat auch kein Kühlschrank. Heizung gibt es auf Anfrage ohne Aufpreis. Leider sind die Fenster sehr undicht und klappern bei starkem Wind.
