Loved the property as a whole and the outdoor pool was lovely! Loved all the snacks/drinks that were available in the room, but needed to scan QR code for prices. Overall, loved our room and would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at Chamonix hotel. The staff really make you feel welcome, and go out of their way to assist you. The property itself is beautifully designed, the roof top heated pool has an amazing view of town and surrounding mountain range. The casino has quite a nice selection of slot machines as well as table games. The hotel and rooms are like new, and are very clean.

It was AMAZING! Heated rooftop pool with view was phenomenal. Plush robes and towels. Provide unlimited water bottles and free soda/coffee in the casino. Enjoyed our stay throughly!

The pool was great, but the bars were closed. You could only get a drink if you were gambling. The communication between Expedia and the hotel was something to be desired. The bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow, if you like that.

Staff was great and room was very nice. My only complaint would be that our room had a connecting door to the room next door and our neighbors called the front desk because we were playing a board game and laughing too loud for them at 10:06 on a Saturday evening. We equally heard them bright and early the next morning. I feel a hotel boasting the amenities it does should probably be addressing noise issues/sound proofing.

Rooms are beautiful and the heated pool and saunas are fabulous. The only issue we had are the refrigerators in the rooms are only for products the hotel charges you for if you remove anything, which makes it impossible to use for your own personal items
