They took my money and wouldnt let me stay there. I prepaid for my room but didnt know that there was a deposit charge until i got there. I couldnt afford the deposit so couldnt stay there but they refuse to refund my money. Look im homeless. I live in my car. Once a week i scrape together enough money to stay in a hotel and take a shower. This hotel has taken that away from me. This is a big deal for me. I need a shower

This hotel was the best hotel of this price range in this area. the rooms were spacious, the amenities were good and the location was great.

Find another place - someplace clean!
We were in town for our daughter's wedding. We had rentded a house but needed a hotel room for 1 night. We arrived at 3:00 pm at there was no manager onsite. A night was on the front desk asking to call a number. I called & got no answer. There was a woman also waiting in the lobby. She said the manager should be here in 15 minutes. Unacceptable! The manager did not show up for 45 minutes. 2 young men who had no rush in helping us. The hotel had a unclean smell, the carpet was dirty, the vending machines we out of order. We asked for a nonsmoking room. When we opened the day, a cloud of smoke hit our faces. There was also a cigarette burn on the bed cover. The sink was leaking on the floor. We asked for a 2nd set of pillows and they delivered 2. 1 did not even have a pillow case - UNSANITARY! We called the front desk about the smell. A man came up, smelled & said he was just up there & no smell (he JUST got to the property). He told me to open the window. I travel for business & pleasure & have never been in such a unclean place. We had a very tight schedule with the wedding & just stayed 1 night.

Theives!!!!! Hidden charges!!!
When I went to check in the hotel tried to charge me 40 per pet to check. More than doubling the cost of the stay. When I told her I would pay it but leave a negative review. She told me to leave and that she would keep my money anyway. Hotels.com did nothing. Hotels.com could not not provide me with a copy of the contract stating there was adding l charges. So I paid this nasty run down hotel 78 dollars to not stay there! Nothing more than thieves!

Staff made me uncomfortable. Bizarre communication- nothing worked (vending machines, laundry powered off, the “room service” listed in book, didn’t actually exist) I used a dolly for less than 10 minutes to unload my bags and use the restroom; staff came banging at the door to get the dolly / move my vehicle that was NOT in the drive. Then continued to stare in the room making me uncomfortable. The facility is clean, minutes the many random parked vintage muscle cars; it’s not terrible just needs different front desk staff sooner than later. Property has lots of potential. I would stay here again, just within the hopes that man is not here.

There was mold everywhere in my bathroom. I called to see if they had extra blankets and they “ran out of blanket” They are so thin. We are on the 2nd floor and the Elevator was broken. It is so dirty in the rooms and the staff is rude. No locks work on the bath room door or the main door. My curtains were broken off so they wouldn’t close. They charge so much for this ghetto motel

Typical stay nothing great nothing to bad. They were doing construction and remodeling while we stayed. The worst part was some of the guests were loud but it’s a cheap hotel.

Stay at Another Hotel!
Honestly I would not stay here again. I am glad that my family was not with me. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel so there is random furniture in the hallways. The hallways of the 1st floor smell like urine. The elevator was broken, but my room was on the 3rd floor. I was told the TV might or might not work. On the first day of my stay the staff got into a loud/heated argument with a guest. The paint in the room was peeling and most of the furniture was faded. I stayed because I had limited transportation, and did not want to fight to get a refund. Overall the price should be lowered until conditions are improved!

Horrible stay! There was not official top lock in the room, dirty, missing rods for the curtains. I was glad to see hard work flows so I knew it was kind of clean. Looks like they were going threw a remodel that would never end, paint chips everywhere, dirty laundry on the floor in the hall ways. Never stay here again.

Adequate lodging for a solo trip to meet up with college friends. My wife would not be comfortable staying here. She’s picky about conditions and amenities.

Multiple fixtures in the room were damaged. Smoke detector feel out of the ceiling while I was in bed. Bed was uncomfortable with even less comfortable pillows. Rooms are noisy, can hear people in the other rooms. Doors slam all night long plus there was a party in the parking lot until 4am complete with car alarms and loud music all night. Stay somewhere else

Room was absolutely filthy. Mattress left standing in room. Broken furniture. Blankets had crusty food on them. Does not match pictures on website, very deceiving. Never again.

My only complaint about my stay was that the bed and box spring were incredibly soft and squeaky. Wasnt the greatest comfort for my back but overall it was a pleasant stay!

We did not have a great experience. The hotel was showing it's age. Could not get batteries for a TV remote that never worked properly. Our rooms was not cleaned up on the first day after we arrived. We had to ask for towels on two occasions because of no housekeeping. Not a hotel I would visit again.

The place in under renovation. We got the 3rd floor room 2 queens as a last minute stay. NEVER AGAIN. there was furniture in the hallway, there was NO TOP LATCH on the door! All the outlets in the room were covered, the only outlet was by the door! There were stains on the pillows, and we only got 2 small square pillows per bed. Thin sheets, and the AC was only blowing on low, even though it was on high. Overall the room was disgusting and is a SCAM for $117 for the night. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Was sent to storage area 3rd floor. There was very little lighting and old furniture in the Hallway. The room had dead Moths and the door lock and door jam was clearly tampered with. We left

Dirty sock from previous customer laying on the floor, curtains was hanging off the curtain rod partially, lobby had pieces of drywall up against the wall. Was disappointing.

You get what you pay for. Breakfast is just waffles, cereal and bread. Some parts of the hotel are scuzzy. Ice machine was broken.

After driving for 16 hours in hot weather, we checked into our room only to discover the air conditioning didn’t work. The desk attendant did give us a floor fan, but moving hot air around did not give us a restful night’s sleep
