Clean but needs updating for electronics.

Clean hotel with great staff. Mixup with rooms. They tried to make it right but didn’t have 2 beds with handicap accessible shower. The electrical outlets are old and difficult to keep the plug in. No USB or C ports.

The service was exceptional. My flight was delayed coming in and my room was held for me and my fiance was allowed to check in before I arrived with the card that was on file. I want that to be very clear! But this building and amenities is in dire need of an upgrade. My shower head sprayed in all directions and the breakfast was not up to par compared to two of the neighbor hotels that we have stayed at previously. There is definitely value in getting an upgrade. Thank you and look forward to see what they decide to do.

Pros - convenient location - breakfast included Cons - Gave a key for my room to another customer who was able to open my door while I was in bed Thankfully I had the lock latch on but still worrisome. - The included breakfast (powdered eggs and rotten bananas). Coffee wasn’t terrible.

Certain breakfast items ran out and were not replaced...pecans and sugar free syrup. Keys cards for rooms were down so we didn't have room keys for 3 days but the staff were very friendly and accomodating letting us into our rooms, the pool, weight room, etc. I think parking should be free as there is ample parking everywhere, including at adjacent hotels and restaurants.
