It seems to be an ongoing theme in each Motel 6 hotels with filthy floors. Housekeeping is doing a terrible job of mopping and cleaning. NO hot water to take a bath even though the staff swore there was. Left the water running for 10 minutes and didn’t budge off of cold.

This is my husband and I second time staying here, very clean place to stay way better then the other hotels in this area , the young lady’s work really hard to make sure us as guest have our money worth by giving us a clean room to sleep in for our stay. Very pleasant always greeted me. The lady patty at the front desk was amazing she helped me with all my questions and concerns… all around pleasant stay, :)

Lots of low life’s in the area mgr is attempting to cope I stayed fo five days because of proximity to my needs there were multiple fire alarms and arrests Hopefully the manager will prevail The staff was excellent

The front desk people are super nice the manager is attentive and always helpful. Stayed at the other motel 6 on filmore. This motel 6 is hands down way way way better then their by far the rooms are clean its quiet i just love it their i really do!!

Nice hotel with the exception of the crack heads keeping everyone up all night! Not worth the savings, I will stay at a different hotel next time!

All of the front staff was very helpful and accommodating :) also my room was very clean & the location is amazing! There’s a Walmart right across and many food options nearby.

Room smells like cigarette butts and fabuloso. The whole premises stuck like fabuloso so strong.. you can water that stuff down you know. Beds smell like chemicals and musty too. This is more of a flop house/ trap house than motel. They also insist on a $75 deposit on top of the room fee and somehow still give you a nasty room with these costs. Don’t recommend.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the area is beautiful. Highly recommend if you’re in the Colorado Springs area!

This complex reeked of pot smoke. This hotel was obviously being used has a homeless shelter. Parking was almost non existent. There were junked cars in the parking lot that never left and people were constantly in those cars. Hotel room was clean, but very sparce, water pressure in the shower was extremely low, like showering in a fountain.

Refrigerator was broken and not been cleaned for gosh knows how long. There were stains on it and of course stains on the bed sheets. If you stay here make sure you bring your own shampoo and kleenex as they do not provide.

No Hot Water, Rude Staff, Broken Door
NO HOT WATER IN THE DEAD OF WINTER. I repeat. If you like hot water and sheets and towels being washed in hot water do not stay here. We stayed for three days and had no hot water the whole time. Also our front door did not close. We left one night and returned to a fully OPEN ROOM DOOR. Management responds to all these so I’m sure someone below will leave some BS apology but the front desk told us to our faces that they had a pipe burst, and are working with half the water heaters they normally have, and are still RENTING THE ROOMS WITHOUT HOT WATER. He admitted this to us. I read so many reviews going back to October about the hot water and I thought, it’s January in Colorado! SURELY they have fixed this hot water issue. They had not. Dirty room, broken door, no hot water, every vending machine in the lobby is broken, no Do Not Disturb signs so housekeeping wakes you up every morning. Perfect timing to get up, stretch, and take a REFRESHING COLD SHOWER.

Great stay for the price
Motel 6 offers a basic, no-frills experience. While the exterior appeared run-down, our room had been newly remodeled and provided a comfortable bed, ample heat, a refrigerator, and a basic TV. The only drawback was inconsistent water temperature and pressure, though we were informed of this upon check-in. The friendly and welcoming staff, along with the motel's convenient location, made us feel safe and ensured a comfortable stay at an affordable price.

No hot water during the stay after 9am. I work at night and got to take cold showers for 2 days. I will never, ever, EVER go back there. Oh and the tv didnt work either. Save your money. There are other places just blocks away that are in the same price range but are much nicer and dont charge you a 75 dollar deposit that they take over a week to return. Worst hotel ever.
