Rhiannon (spoke to on phone) was very friendly, helpful and courteous. When we arrived, the young lady that checked us in wasn't attentive and a bit rude. They collected a hundred dollar hold and it still hasn't been released. Place was clean, bed was comfortable. Older hotel. Most likely wouldn't stay here again

I understand that this is a old hotel. But, I expected better. The room was very clean. The desk staff was very friendly and efficient. I was disappointed, though, for a few reasons: There is no elevator for the 2nd floor where my room is. Not a big deal, but odd. The guest washer was really dirty and looked as if it hadn't been wiped down in some time. It's hard to feel that your clothes are clean. The hallway carpets have numerous stains.
