"Been stayed here over the years. The room is now a bit worn but still clean. Breakfast buffet is good with mostly Indian selections. Will stay again next time as it is way better value than it's next door Novotel and other western brand hotels in the area."

"Very newly opened hotel. So everything is new, in-place. The room service was lacking - the AC remote was missing. No bottled water unless asked for. I am sure with the right attitude of the management, this hotel would do great in the stay and service."

"I was woken up at 6 in the morning, asking me to fill in the water as the water machine got burnt- this is just not acceptable . How would you expect someone to have a bath at 6am in the morning ? "OK place for solo travelers. Not for couples. Maybe local business travelers. Breakfast is 2-3 items, which was indeed good, hot and fresh. The staff is helpful. But sheets, blankets or towels do not feel hotel fresh. TV channels did not work at all - while I was there, even though the staff showed up to fix it promptly, But never did."

The more expensive room had less towel, in both the rooms the ac remote doesnt work and had no fan...so either we were freezing with the AC on at a constant 18 degrees C or sweating!
