Traveling across country and at about 3 hours away I called to confirm check in time only to be informed that they didn't have a room for me. They had a reservation, but no room. Called their corporate office and was basically told "tough". After I hung up, they cancelled the room, but had the audacity to charge me two nights later. Expedia is working on my refund. Registrations mean nothing to this company. Don't bother.
