Stayed overnight here. Easy check in and out. Nice front desk lady. There was a pipe leak a couple days earlier on the first floor but staff was on site cleaning up and didnt feel or smell like mildew. Would stay again

The team members were so nice and accommodating when I needed help! Unfortunately, there were roaches at this hotel. They were in the bathroom and main living space in the room I rented. The floors also didn’t appear to had been swept at all, but the fridge and microwave were clean. This location is within walking distance and a couple of fast food restaurants which was nice.

The staff was incredible. They were friendly and accommodating. I would come back just for the staff; unfortunately, the property just wasn't great. If you are looking for a budget stay, this would work. If you need any level of comfort and "niceness", I would look elsewhere.

No frills

It's a motel. You get what you pay for. The whole property smelled like marijuana but it was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable. Not as nice as other WoodSpring locations I've stayed at, but the price was good.

Great Stay

This was a quiet, comfortable place. If you care about high quality tvs and beautiful things, you may be grossed out. It is clean, but ALL the plastic baseboards were removed and glue/holes showing. They said there was a pipe that burst and most of the downstairs needed work. But, they are super nice and the paint is new, tv had a dark screen, remote back kept falling off...but overall,I felt safe. Great price! Her your fresh towels BEFORE 8:30PM. Nice pillows. (2)

Off the highway almost on its own. Walking distance to convenience stores and a few restaurants. Lobby has locked doors on both sides. That made me feel uneasy. But I suppose they're prioritizing guest safety. It's a 10 year old facility that's been treated rough. In need of paint and repairs. Staff at the front desk was polite, friendly and helpful. Halls have been replaced with vinyl floor. The rooms are comfortable. Nothing special or off-putting. The biggest turn off is the rampant use of marijuana by guests. You smell it the halls, the elevator, in front of rooms, outside in the parking lot

Cleaning lady was very friendly. Manager on duty didn’t check me in the first night so they didn’t know I was there when they went in and saw my items they locked me out. Room filthy hair all over blood on floor. Lotion flung on wall. Elevator didn’t work. Last night there found baby cockroaches in the bathroom.

It was an overall good stay but our TV didn’t connect to the internet and we weren’t able to watch TV at all. Other than the TV not working, it was a very quiet few days for me and my family.

Negative stars is not an option. Room was not clean. Staff was ok. Very little in the way of comfort. Furniture was shabby and sparse. Is really a $30 per night room but they’re charging 75.

You get what you pay for…

The service was great the hotel itself … not so much. There was a thick layer of dirt and dust on top of the fridge. Bathroom dirty..Severely outdated, roaches. And the smell of lovely cigarette smoke and marijuana fill the halls and your room if you’re lucky . BOTH of which I hate VERY MUCH. No one cleans the rooms, and before you can get new towels you gotta bring the old ones downstairs. It’s cheap if you need a place to sleep but this would never be a go to for me

The front desk agent was friendly and very helpful. I had to go down to the desk 3 times to get keys at check in cause they didnt work the third time she let me into the room. The room was clean and somewhat bare. The floor I stayed on was quite but it smelled bad and was really creepy. Like the hair on your neck standing up creepy.
