"The location is beautiful and the suite is very well appointed. There are dishes and glasses and it is very convenient to be able to cook if you do not wish to dine out. We noticed BBQs available as well. Great for families or for those who have spent the day driving and want to drink wine in their pj's.
The linens in the suite are lovely and the towels are big enough for humans!
The beach is stunning and the loungers and umbrellas make it feel like you are far away on vacation.
The staff really could care less about the fact that we were there.
We tried to check in early but the room was not ready (30 mins early). We killed time and returned at 4. The room was still not ready. We waited 20 minutes, awkwardly in the restaurant while no one even looked at us. A waitress dropped off a menu, but it was clear we were not ready for dinner, we hadn't even checked in.
We got the all clear to go to the room, and the Housekeeping was still in there....again, awkward. We waited 15 more minutes.
When we checked out, there was no "good morning" "How was your stay" "How was everything." We tried to go for breakfast but they were behind on the schedule over there too.
Really simple things like "sorry your room is a little late, go over to our restaurant and have a glass of wine on us and check out the view from your home away from home." A simple good morning. Checking in on time.
It appears luxurious but that stops at the building. Ressort 10/10. Service 0/10."
