“Room 113 was absolutely filthy, and I'm positive the bed had just been made but bedding not changed. There were hairs all over it and black specks under the top sheet on the fitted ones that weren't even on either bed properly. My mother's bedspread had some red and brown drips on it which were not stains and mine had a cigarette burn hole in it. Nothing smelled cleaned at all. The carpet was heavily stained and dirty.
