"First impressions count and staff at this hotel could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We loved the cleanliness of the room, its proximity to Kelowna International airport and easy access to Kelowna and Vernon. The breakfast was ample and the area of service well maintained by diligent staff. Would recommend this hotel."

"Great location, especially if you have a lake-view room. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to ongoing construction, frequent amenity closures because of private events, and parking that was an absolute nightmare. The elevators were often out of service, making it difficult to carry luggage and manage two kids from the fourth floor. We were also told there would be a discount for the hotel’s pizza night but were charged full price, and nothing was done after we raised the issue. The main pool wasn’t heated either. The hotel did provide complimentary breakfast and waived the amenity fees, which was appreciated, but overall the experience didn’t match our expectations."

"Decent location, half an hour drive from main attractions with a few attractions near by like the upside down cider and kangaroo farm! The place is clean, staff is friendly, I’m giving it a 4 star since I think they could easily include the parking fee into the total charge, daily fee for parking is not 5 stars. I travel often and never had to pay for parking it is absolutely my mistake not noticing that parking isn’t included, I guess I had higher expectations."
