โThis was the best property we stayed in during our 4 day trip. It was clean, spacious, and accommodated our toy poodle very well. They even had dog dishes in the room, and dog treats at the front desk! The only reason a "good" rating in some areas is that the pool was not working/available, and our request to clean our room after our first night's stay was not noticed by cleaning staff. Otherwise, perfect stay!โ
โWe needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Canโt say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. โ
โThis is definitely a hidden gem. The place is very beautiful, the room we stayed in was gorgeous! The staff is super nice and the food they serve is fresh and so delicious. The eggs benedict are the best I've ever had!! Prices are reasonable too. Will definitely be back!โ
