Sue and Dann were just amazing, not only considerate, as I have an food allergy and they went out of their way to accommodate it, but they gave us great recommendations to visit surrounding places which we would never have found, and really enhanced our visit. The room was clean with lots of little extras which are not found in usual b&bs. A huge, huge thank you for a fun and enjoyable stay. โ
โThis property was super comfortable, had gorgeous views of Lake Okanogan and Kelowna, and was managed by an excellent and friendly manager. In spite of her husband (famed chef!) being in the hospital, and having an injured foot in a boot herself, our hostess was amazing and wonderful. And she dished up an awesome and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend!โ

โHotel Zed has its own parking lots in the center of Downtown! This was the most attractive and convenient advantage for me to choose Hotel Zed. Easy to access parks, dining places, etc just by walking.โ
โThe Hostess Suzanna is wonderful, sitting down for breakfast with her felt like I was visiting family. She went way out for breakfast, the food was fresh, creative and delicious.
Property is beautifully landscaped with a spectacular view of the lake, I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee outside on comfortable patio furniture, fully covered.
The place is spotless; comfy kingsize bed; beautiful bathroom and large walk in closet.
I have no complaints of any kind, would definitely stay there...
โWhile its not one of the newest hotels in Kelowna, it was convenient option for us, while visiting a family member in the hospital.
The room was always clean, and the mattresses were very comfortable. We appreciated the daily coupons for breakfast at Ricky's, located next door. You can choose a $10 breakfast, or have $10 deducted from your menu choices.
All interactions with staff illustrated their commitment with excellent customer service. It was a very pleasant experience for us. โ
โMy husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Adela's Bed & Breakfast. The hosts, Jay & Jessie, were so hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed and things we didn't know we wanted! Jay sent us suggestions and pinned locations to us for hikes. Jessie made us delicious breakfasts and it was something different everyday. There was water bottles in the mini fridge and a basket of fruit on top....
โHotel was beautifully renovated. The room was very clean and very nicely done. The attached restaurant had great food and drinks. Would stay here again. โ
