โI checked in to this hotel on July 4th. I had clearly reserved a room with one king bed through Expedia, but was given a room with two queen beds instead. This was the hotel's mistake, not mine. After pointing this out, they moved us to a king roomโthe room we originally paid for. No apology, no explanation.

โIt was a unique place to stay and Haley at the front desk was amazing. So friendly and upbeat and went out of her way to help me with my luggage to room and made me feel very special and she cared . โ
โThe breakfast was very good with pancakes, bacon, yogurt parfaits, and the usual other items. Coffee was very good. The shuttle from the airport is prompt and hotel is very close to the airport. Also close to downtown. Beds are comfortable and entire facility and rooms were clean and decorated well. I would certainly recommend this hotel.โ
โSo convenient to stay at this location, walk across parking garage directly into terminal. Parking is available through the hotel. And before hours light breakfast for early flights โ
"This hotel is said to clean the room only once a week. So the floor of the room is a bit messy. Maybe because it's next to the hospital, there seem to be a lot of long-term guests, and overall, I don't recommend choosing this hotel for a family trip."
