콜럼버스, 조지아의 발코니가 있는 호텔

“Clean, nice, great staff!”

“다시 또 와보고 싶은 곳이었다. 이곳을 만든 사람의 정성을 정교하고 섬세한 인테리어에서 알 수 있다. 조용하면서도 로맨틱한 곳이다. 아침에 그네타는 것은 덤^^”

“Staff was very helpful. Everything was fine.”

“Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. We reported it and then were given a new room which was better than the last as far as the bed being made, but that was about it. The bathroom lights didn’t work, the hallways smelt strongly of what I assume was animal urine from the sighting of dogs present in the hotel, and there was also roaches present in our room.”

“Clean and friendly atmosphere ~enjoyed staying specially for military family event, perfect location~”

“They were the best. The room was clean and the staff was truly polite. My husband left some items and they advised they would mail them to me. I truly loved staying here and will be back on my next Columbus trip. Breakfast in the morning was good as well.”

“After traveling to Columbus I was called by the hotel and told that I couldn’t check in until 6:30 I check in was supposed to be at 3… once finally checked on at 7 the room they gave me was flooded I had to wait another 30/45 minutes before they gave me another room once they gave me another room the shower didn’t work in that one so had to wait on another room experience was just completely inconvenient and overwhelming the only thing that made it worth while is the customer service I received...

“The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine.”
