Hotel is gross there's a huge dumpster file with bags to the room, pee spots alll over the floor, the furniture is worn and heavily damaged, trim around the bottom of the wall is coming off, fridge didn't get cold and ac is cold but the fan to blow cold air out does not work

The front desk was very unprofessional, lazy, rude,!!! First thing first, how are you on a Facetime call the entire time of my transaction while asking for my personal information? Secondly, how you go from 1 deposit to a different deposit overnight without allowing a loyal customer know ahead of time! Good thing I had the money but I could only imagine those who didn't. On the sign posted it says that price only for a PET DEPOSIT!!! I told him I don't have any pets so why are you charging me extra? Front desk clerk says, "It's their "new deposit" and if I don't have it he can refund my money and I could find somewhere else to stay." It took everything in me to keep my cool and I did, not to mention my card was declined only because it was locked! I goes to unlock my card then my phone died. Livid! Still keeping my composure I politely ask, "Do you have a USB-C charger my phone just died?" Rudely without a care in the world he utters, "No!" To keep this short and simple I paid the deposit.

Place has issues.
Waited appx 15-20 minutes for desk clerk to appear for check-in. Broken wood on top of the refrigerator. Room thermostat calibration didn't capture correct temp. BET was not available on channels. No Ice Machine. No secondary lock on door. Trash near elevator doors. Stayed for 4 days, not a single clean up crew. Shower wall has a hole in it.

The Staff are great people. Very friendly and approachable. The property is very quiet and there isn’t any loitering or questionable characters roaming the premises so the place feels very safe.

Where to start… i paid in the app but the checkin desk had me not only pay a refundable $30 incidental fee, but charged me for the room again (after reaching out to Expedia, the room charge was refunded, but still.. I advised the clerk that I had ALREADY PAID). The room was not swept, there was a dirty hair tie in the floor. We killed 2 stink bugs. The kitchenette didn’t have any cookware as the signage protrayed. The recliner in the room had a gash in the seat & stuffing was coming out. There was no remote for the TV. Several of the outlets didn’t have plates covering them. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work. Advertised coffee & tea in common areas, but there wasn’t enough coffee for 1 cup.

I am in the lobby trying to check in now but they’re saying the don’t have a confirmation of payment when the payment has been deducted from my account and I have also received confirmation emails and texts.

Don't stay here
Not at all like advertised online - was dirty, holes in walls, unsafe neighborhood. Did not stay and would not advise anyone else staying here.

Front desk staff was extremely nice and friendly. Tried 3 different rioms and they all smelled terrible. There were cobwebs in the windows, roaches scurrying on the floor etc. Trash was piled up in the hallways. Its obvious ownership is not concerned with keeping up the property.

I reserved this room for my like cigarette smoke was flying in from New Hampshire. His flight was a late arrival, so i stopped by the hotel to check him in. And was told that the key reader was broken and someone would be available to let him and his 2 children in the room. With no issues when he arrived at the hotel later that night. The night clerk did not want to let him in the room because it was so late. When he finally got in the room. It was nasty and smelled like cigarette smoke. I had to send them to a new hotel. Very disappointed

Place was absolutely disgusting. Had cockroaches, smelled like a pack of wet dogs, floor was actually gross, didnt even come with a shower curtain. Just sleep in your car dont bother.

Nothing but coffee and oatmeal packets out for breakfast towels weren’t available and somebody high was circling the building for hours and then peed outside in the open. Staff was unbothered. Trash from previous stay was still in the room and no surface was wiped down. When the lady was “cleaning” she used the same rag for every room very unsanitary especially after wiping the bathroom areas. I chose to stay at a different facility that had opened up availability. I don’t see this hotel improving

The staff could not have been nicer. The room was rough. It was cheap though. It room smelled of cigarettes, like sleeping in an ashtray. However, on a basic level, the room fulfilled its purpose. 6 hours of sleep and I was on my way.

Not Bad But Not Great
It wasn't the greatest hotel experience, I was only there for two days, so I can't complain much. The fridge seemed to be leaking, but I wiped up the water, and it didn't leak again. The tv in my room did not have a remote, so I couldn't really enjoy the tv unless I was willing to use the only button on there. Not the best hotel, but it wasn't bad. I think it wasn't worth the $144 I spent to stay there.

Check in is very sketchy, the room was FILTHY, DISGUSTING, the furniture is all tore up, the carpets were so nasty and smelled like PEE! Nothing was clean an inch thick of dust around the TV, ring of filth in the toilet. Their were men hoovering outside my room smoking and make passes at me while I was trying to unload. Not a place for single business woman to be at all.

The room I booked was unavailable so the nice lady at the front desk grabbed me a double bed. The room was ok and the bed was very small and clean enough. The main issue I had was all the cat calling and inappropriate language the other guest used towards me. That and the fact the door ,I later found out, could be opened with out a key if only you pressed on it for a bit. This left me feeling extremely unsafe and I was unable to sleep at at that night.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. There was hair all over the sink and toilet. The bed was made but there was hair in the sheets.

Our room had stained bedspreads and stunk of cigarettes. We were able to switch rooms. We thought the second room was ok until we saw bugs scurrying on the floor. The hallways and property were littered with garbage everywhere. The complimentary breakfast was coffee and a small basket of granola bars. We have never experienced such a horrible place. Definitely do not recommend. We left early.
