"Excellent, personable, and English-friendly service from both check in and check out staff. We were able to store our luggage starting in the morning before check in later that afternoon. We also really appreciated the happy hour at the hotel bar; service was excellent there. We had to check out around 5am to make a flight and the hotel was nice enough to give us a to go breakfast of packaged foods. The room was comfortable and clean. Excellent location close to restaurants and Centrale station. The one area to improve is the WiFi; the speed is so slow it is basically unusable. Otherwise, this was a wonderful hotel experience that exceeded our expectations; terrific value for the price. We would be happy to return to Hotel Berna if we are lucky enough to find ourselves in Milan again!"

"A great location, you really couldn’t be closer to the action. If you like the Milanese nightlife then this is the place for you. Unfortunately if you are not into the nightlife that is the issue, as it comes up to find you with music and chatter rising up from the street. Once everyone has gone the extensive street cleaning process begins. This too is disturbing. To be fair, the glass is very thick so a lot of noise is filtered out. However the walls between the apartments are very thin so you get to share whatever is being watched on TV. However, lack of sleep aside it was a very comfortable stay. Whilst there are no staff, the instructions are clear and the balcony was an added bonus. It’s safe and secure. In summary, a great location and well worth staying at if noise is not an issue for you."

"The hotel location is amazing, walking around the centre of Milan on foot . The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It has an outdoor area which is very nice to sit, have a tea or drink while experiencing the vibes of via Torino street.This is my second time in Ariston hotel and definitely if I have the chance to visit Milano again I will choose the Ariston hotel again"
