"Super amazing and the best ever! Receptionist was the sister of the owner - and she was over the top helpful and hospitable! She gave me hot chocolate and snacks upon arrival, helped me with my bags downstairs, let me use their hose to do a quick rinse of my rental car, and helped me map out directions to a restaurant! Location, room, and breakfast were just as over the top incredible - beautiful lake views and access to water (free kayak!), clean room with small fridge and all necessary...

"Solo rescató la ubicación. Las estrellas se las lleva la empleada por ser tan maleducada! Les dejaré unas fotos de la cama temática con interacción de hormigas para aquel que quiera hospedarse y no caiga en las fotos que publican que lejos esta de la realidad. Por otro lado informar que aquel que quiera disponer del desayuno completo lo debera hacer 7.30hs ya que no se reponen las bandejas, de ese modo comes lo que tw dejan, o lo que puedes. "Um dos hotéis mais antigos de Bariloche, fica numa casa antigona. Ficamos num quarto com uma excelente decoração, bem grande, super confortável, chuveiro bom, nada a reclamar, muito aconchegante. Bom café da manhã, se solicitar até determinado horário eles servem janta. Eu cheguei a jantar lá no primeiro dia, comida boazinha, nada suuuuper demais. Como estava chovendo e fazendo muito frio foi a melhor opção. Excelente custo benefício. Atendimento top! Ah, vale lembrar que ele fica longe do...

"Beautiful property & serene surroundings with excellent service. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet and dinners. Staff at every level were warm, welcoming and helpful. The concierge ( Esteban N.) was very efficient in helping us organize airport transfers, dinner reservations & golfing requests. We plan to return in the future to experience their summer. "

"A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!"

Every interaction felt personal and genuine. The breakfast staff also stood out with their warmth and attentiveness. Each morning started with a smile and delicious options, all served with care and attention to detail. We felt very looked after throughout our stay, as though we were staying with family rather than at a hotel. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the service made all the difference. We would absolutely return and recommend Nido del Cóndor to anyone visiting Bariloche."
