“A wonderfully polished and upscale hotel with amazing views, picturesque and close to all the activities one could wish for in Patagonia. The Moreno wing is definitely the one to stay at given it is more modern. The gym, the spa and the daily activities were great complements for a fully relaxed yet active vacation in this amazingly beautiful part of Argentina. ”

“The hotel is nice and new, so it's very clean. Our room was super nice and you cannot beat the view of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it's within walking distance to downtown which was convenient. The breakfast is good, but the dinner we had was only okay and we felt like it was significantly overpriced. And the pool area is nice but they need some umbrellas for the people that would like a little shade. Also, the lighting in the bathroom of our room was not very good. ”
