" We booked a two queen suite but when we arrived were told a king suite with pull out was what was sent by hotels.com. Not a great option for my wife and I with our young kids as well. Pull out was thinner than chip and minimal sleep was had. Hallway reeked of weed and room was 77 degrees when we got in our first night. Opted to drive 3.5 hours home rather than stay second night. Cleanliness was questionable. Furthermore, I had previously tried to shorten my stay prior to the listed deadline for doing so. I was told I couldn’t modify as there were “no rooms available”. Neither the hotel or hotels.com were willing to help with this. The only option I was given was to cancel and then try and rebook. There are lots of hotels in this area I can say for sure I won’t be using this one again."

"The hotel was very clean. Staff was nice. There is no elevator for those that can’t do stairs. However the stairs are small enough that it is not difficult I wish that they had soap that was bigger than a dime and even a box of tissue wouid be nice. "

"The bathroom had not been cleaned. The room was fine, nothing special but the hallway smelled very strongly of marijuana smoke. The breakfast was ok again nothing special but the food was hot."
