"The room was a great size with a work desk. The view was great. The only downside was the smell in room, like musty old rag smell. I wish the windows could be opened to let the smell out. That was the biggest downside. Everything else was great! The staff were very nice and helpful."

"I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I love the omelettes fresh every morning. The only thing that really upset me is that my shower wouldn’t drain the night I got in. There was no staff on duty to fix it so I wasn’t able to shower until the next day when someone was able to come fix it which was very irritating. "

"The rooms was dirty the staff is rude. They was sitting in front of me talking about how she call the police on a customer because she doesn’t argue with customers. Which that’s something that should be talked about in private. I wasn’t offer another room. The lady at the desk said I would be refunded.now I called to see where was my refund now she’s telling me I have to contact the 3rd party "

"I was booked at the Holiday Inn but I was unaware of it due to not receiving a confirmation email. The front desk representative at the Hampton was very helpful and very patience with me as I tried to book a room in an desperate need because I was short of funds and no transportation."

"The staff was great during check in and made the process quick. They were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and spacious. The amenities within the room like the whirlpool and shower/steam room made my experience great! The bed was comfortable. Overall, my whole experience at The Champagne Lounge was amazing and made my anniversary special. I will definitely be returning to the CL in the future. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a place for their special occasion or just a quick getaway. "

"Room was clean. , pool was closed for a significant amount of time. Could not get the staff to give a call when it would be open. Once it open it uncomfortably cold!!! Disappointed! "
